About the Role

  • Account Planning: Building a comprehensive account plan, which details key relationships required, the opportunities and the revenue expected from such opportunities, as well as potential threats and weaknesses that need to be addressed.
  • Client Delivery: Work closely with the delivery teams to ensure that the team understands the customer requirements, and is aligned. To align the team with the expectations of the clients.
  • Negotiation and Onboarding: Coordinate with the consultants to ensure fitment with the client’s needs; negotiate the rates or salaries; and ensure onboarding, as per customer clients.
  • Responsible for handling a complete recruitment life cycle for high-end or niche requirements from the client.
  • Thoroughly understand and work on the requirements of the client and guide the team to work.
  • Responsible for the delivery of the entire team assigned. Ensure quality in the delivery and assist the team on every step when required
  • Conduct initial screenings, before sending submissions to the client.
  • Be in communication with clients on a regular basis to track the delivery and development of the account.
  • Need to maintain the ATS with all the job postings received from clients.
  • Overlooking the strategy and development of the team and individual resources.
  • Should be actively involved with the End-to-End recruitment cycle.
  • Work closely with resources/clients who are working on MSP/VMS.
  • Need to overlook the communication received from the client for resources and ensure the response isn’t delayed to the client in any circumstances.
  • Every account assigned / on board has to be on the highest delivery.
  • The Delivery Manager will be responsible for communicating to the superior the delivery status on all the accounts.

Required Skills

Knowledge & Experience

  • Prior experience in the IT Consulting / Staffing and Recruitment Industry is preferred
  • Proactive, just-in-time recruitment in a fast-paced
  • Effectively manage multiple job requisitions and deliver on a high-volume
  • Proactive team player and must have worked in any team
  • Strong verbal and written communication and coordination skills
  • Deadline and goal-oriented person
  • 5+ years of experience in account management
  • 2+ years of experience working with VMS or MSP direct

Qualification & Certification
